Our Story
Bullseye began in 2010 with a single idea: a point-and-click, non-form-based performance management application envisioned by our founder, Adeel Zaidi. Users were drawn to the speed and simplicity of documenting appraisals, giving managers more time for what mattered most: face-to-face conversations about performance.
